*Outbound bandwidth included is based on a 10:1 ratio, outbound to inbound. Outbound bandwidth in excess of 10:1 ratio is charged at $0.004c/MB. Custom bandwidth pricing can be provided for additional bandwidth requirements.
**Operating Systems included with the service comprise Ubuntu, Debian, Centos or Windows Server 2003 or 2008. Non-standard OS are available, however the client is solely responsible for management and patching of same OS.
***Microsoft: IIS, ASP, .NET 2.0, PHP; Linux: Apache 2.x, PHP, MYSQL, PostgreSQL. Management includes ensuring software is running. No DBA work is included in software management. Installation of other software will incur Professional Services.
****Standard Services Set up fees are $490 for agreement terms less than 6 months.

^Tailored Patch Management includes liaison with customer to test, plan and rollout new patches that may affect their environment
^^Load balancing setup for Standard services includes infrastructure changes, but does not include server configuration for load balancing. Enterprise service setup includes both infrastructure and server configuration.
^^^External IP addresses are allocated based on standard APNIC justification rules (one per server plus one per SSL etc)
NB* If backups are considered mission critical or if data or server configuration archiving is required, the Enterprise Managed Backup service should be purchased.
